Vlamingh Head Lighthouse

Completed in 1912, and undergoing various restorations and repairs over the years, Vlamingh Head Lighthouse is a historic attraction on the WA coast. Built out of local stone and rising up to twenty feet in the air, the lighthouse has weathered cyclones and various other natural disasters, and though still standing, is now unavailable for tours of the interior.

Visitors to the region are able to admire the lighthouse from outside with the beautiful coastal backdrop making it a relaxing and scenic attraction to visit. During whale migration season, the lighthouse is a popular destination for those looking to whale watch from land.
