The island is rich in natural beauty and Aboriginal cultural heritage. Among the stops on the island that you will visit is the Brown Lake- a natural perched lake that is stained by tea trees. Another highlight of the tour is the impressive walk around the headland at North Gorge. From here you will be truly amazed by the pristine, turquoise blue waters, golden beaches that are just a short distance from Brisbane city.
This is the place to see marine life with turtles, stingrays and dolphins regularly spotted here. In the winter months, whales can also be seen migrating north past the island. Lunch is included in the tour and you will continue the day searching for kangaroos and koalas that live on the island. Finally, you will also have the chance to see the Myora Freshwater Springs and enjoy time on the many stunning beaches including Cylinder, Home, Deadman's and Frenchman's Beach.
