- Kids are welcome - All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 4 years are free - please ensure your child is dressed appropriately with appropriate cold weather clothing so they are comfortable throughout

- Each session lasts for 45 minutes, to ensure our guests remain comfortable in our subzero environment , but if you need to pop out during your session then that’s fine with us.
- Please keep in mind that Arctic temperatures are not recommended for toddlers and babies
- Personal cameras are not allowed in IceBar Melbourne
- Long pants and closed shoes are recommended
Terms And Conditions
- IceBar Melbourne does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
- You may request a change to your booking time/day and IceBar Melbourne will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
- Any changes within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a fee of $25 per adult and $10 per child

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

“There is no time limit for your visit, you can stay as long as you like! On average, guests feel most comfortable for around 30 minutes or so, but if you need to pop out and have a warm coffee before heading back in, that's fine with us.”
