What you need to know
Location
There’s no doubt your pup will enjoy their day at dog daycare. From the moment they check in, your dog will be welcomed by friendly and professionally trained team members. They will be paired with similar dogs, in terms of size, temperament and behaviour, to ensure they get the most from their social play time in grassy outdoor and secure indoor play areas. During their day, your dog will have plenty of interaction with both staff members and other dogs, and will have access to our extra services such as training, canine exercise classes and grooming, should you desire.
Hanrob Melbourne has a wonderful team of experienced dog trainers and pet-loving staff. Our trained animal welfare professionals include qualified vet nurses, customer-focused staff who have worked in different types of zoos and animal farms. Our Melbourne team pride themselves on taking loving care of pets of Victorian residents.

Note
- Some dominant dog breeds will not be applicable. This will be assessed by the operator prior to your first day.
- All pets must be 5 months or older to attend training and daycare. All pets must be fully vaccinated. Two consecutive vaccinations must be shown upon admission.
- Prices are subject to change throughout the year
Time
- If purchasing a 10 day pack, choose your first day for dog daycare above, your next sessions will be booked in on the day you arrive for your first session.
- Daycare will only be available Monday to Friday.

Additional Information
- High season rates are subject to change without notice.
- Pets must be a minimum of 5 months old and must be fully vaccinated, 2 consecutive vaccinations must be shown upon admission. All cats must be desexed
- On Public Holidays the locations are open 3pm-6pm (or otherwise stated on Hanrob’s website) and there is an additional surcharge of $9.00 per pet
- No Pick up / Delivery Vans are available on Public Holidays.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse entry of any pet.
- Any incidentals during the pet’s stay will be charged on departure.
- The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested during their pet’s stay.
- Under no circumstances will the operator, their employees, or agents, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of the operator, their employees, or agents, that may occur to any pet staying whilst boarding.
- The operator reserves the right to adjust/change the pet’s services to ensure the safety and welfare of all pets.
- The owner agrees that they have requested companion boarding unless otherwise stated in the booking.
- The owner certifies that he or she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and is solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet whilst it they are in the operator's care.
- The pet will be delivered to any person who is prepared to declare that they have the owners' authority to do so, unless otherwise instructed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING CONDITIONS / PAYMENT TERMS
- All online bookings require payment in full
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking (cooling off period) – no fee charged
- CANCELLATION FEES of $20 per pet are applicable to any cancelled booking requiring a refund after the 24 hour cooling off period
