Inclusions

• At the end of your dog’s stay, you’ll receive an extended 1-hour departure lesson with your dog. Their trainer will provide a thorough handover full of helpful tips and reminders to ensure your dog’s good behaviour continues

14 Day Program

Recommended for dogs seeking basic obedience training or a refresher in one specific behavioural areas. Your dedicated trainer will help address 1 behavioural issue you may have. Behavioural issues that can be addressed include;

• Basic commands (sit, stay, come)
• Loose leash walking (excluding reactiveness, lunging, barking, aggression or anxiety)
• Recall
• Excitability/jumping

This program includes;

• 14 days of boarding and training at Hanrob
• A pre-arrival online assessment
• A post-arrival assessment call
• Progress reports throughout their stay
• A 1-hour departure lesson
• A take-home departure pack

21 Day Program

Recommended for dog owners seeking help with multiple behavioural issues or more complex problems. Your dedicated expert trainer will help to work on 2 behavioural issues. Behavioural issues that can be addressed include;

• Basic commands (sit, stay, come)
• Loose leash walking (excluding reactiveness, lunging, barking, aggression or anxiety)
• Recall
• Excitability/jumping

This program includes;

• 21 days of boarding and training at Hanrob
• A pre-arrival online assessment
• A post-arrival assessment call
• Progress reports throughout your pet’s stay
• A 1-hour departure lesson
• A take-home departure pack
• One home or off-site lesson
• A complimentary bath and blow-dry upon departure

28 Day Program

This is the ultimate comprehensive training package for dogs seeking significant improvement in multiple behavioural areas. Your dedicated Trainer will work on solving 3 skills or one complex behaviour. Behavioural issues that can be addressed include;

• Fear of people or dogs
• Some cases of anxiety
• Some cases of dog aggression
• Some cases of human aggression

This program includes;

• An extended 90-minute departure lesson with your dog
• 28 days of training and boarding at Hanrob
• A pre-arrival online assessment
• A post-arrival assessment call
• Progress reports throughout their stay
• A 90-minute departure lesson
• A take-home departure pack
• 1 x home or off-site lesson
• A complimentary bath and blow-dry upon departure
• Off-site lessons during their stay

Extras

• Daily medication charge of $4.50 per day medication is required
• Pets 11yrs and older incur an additional fee of $9.00 per calendar day this includes medication charges
• On Public Holidays there is an additional surcharge of $9.00 per pet
• Extras are payable direct to the operator
• Pick up and transport from select locations. This is to be organised with the operator directly and will incur an additional charge paid directly to the operator

Additional Information

• High season rates are subject to change without notice
• Pets must be a minimum of 5 months old and must be fully vaccinated, 2 consecutive vaccinations must be shown upon admission
• All cats must be desexed
• On Public Holidays the locations are open 3pm-6pm (or otherwise stated on Hanrob’s website) and there is an additional surcharge of $9.00 per pet
• No Pick up / Delivery Vans are available on Public Holidays
• The operator reserves the right to refuse entry of any pet
• Any incidentals during the pet’s stay will be charged on departure
• The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested during their pet’s stay
• Under no circumstances will the operator, their employees, or agents, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of the operator, their employees, or agents, that may occur to any pet staying whilst boarding
• The operator reserves the right to adjust/change the pet’s services to ensure the safety and welfare of all pets
• The owner agrees that they have requested companion boarding unless otherwise stated in the booking
• The owner certifies that he or she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and is solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet whilst it they are in the operator's care
• The pet will be delivered to any person who is prepared to declare that they have the owners' authority to do so, unless otherwise instructed in writing

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CONDITIONS / PAYMENT TERMS

• All online bookings require payment in full
• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking (cooling off period) – no fee charged
• CANCELLATION FEES of $20 per pet are applicable to any cancelled booking requiring a refund after the 24 hour cooling off period
