• 3D films and Deluxe Balwyn sessions attract a surcharge
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase food and beverages
• No refund or replacement if lost, stolen, or damaged
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

Cancellation Policy

*Movie tickets are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Ticket exchange: Movie tickets booked in error, or if you cannot make your booking, can be transferred to an alternative session by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your session Monday to Friday. Sessions over the weekend can only be swapped until 4 pm the Friday before the session. No tickets will be exchanged outside of these times. An administration fee may apply to a ticket exchange.

• If you contract Covid-19 Palace Cinemas will exchange your session at any time leading up to your session time. For Palace to process your exchange request, you will need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 diagnosis, including the registration number of a positive RAT test, instructions to self-isolate from the government, or evidence of a positive PCR test. Please email the proof to: feedback@palacecinemas.com.au prior to your session time. If an alternative session is unavailable at the time, a credit can be offered with a 14-day redemption period.
