FAQs

What are the height and weight restrictions?

• Participants must be a minimum height of 135cm and must not exceed a height of 194cm
• A maximum weight restriction of 130kg is applicable to all participants

Is there an age limit?

• No, however participants must be within the above requirements

Are there any health risks involved?

• Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate
• You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when participating
• Experiences involve some muscle jarring and high G-forces, the operator recommends seeking medical advice prior to participation if you have any health concerns

What race suit sizes are available?

• Race suits are available in sizing from small to 4XL

What clothing is required?

• All participants are required to wear comfortable clothing that covers wrist to ankle, (long sleeves and long pants)
• We strongly advise that you wear soft narrow shoes enabling you to feel the pedals and comfortably navigate between accelerator and braking.

Can I purchase the In-Car Recording or a framed photo?

• Yes, an In-Car Recording and framed photo will be available for purchase on the event day
• The In-Car Recording must be purchased before your experience commences
• The framed photo can be purchased before or after your experience

Can I bring any spectators?

• We welcome all spectators being general, friends and family. The location to which we operate has ample parking, shade, refreshments nearby and amenity access for those with diverse abilities.

Additional Information

• Vouchers are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE
• A minimum of 14 days notice is required for date changes. Any date changes within 14 days will incur additional charges
• An Indemnity form will need to be completed by the participant in the experience

• Experience Central are subject to weather conditions. Rain will cause delays and may result in the cancellation of the event. Please contact the Weather Check Phone (0412 018 035) for track and weather updates prior to leaving home. The message is updated at 7 am on the day of the event. If you are not able to participate on the day due to inclement weather;
• If you have arrived at the venue, please be patient with our event staff while they assist to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date.
• If you have 'not' arrived at the venue, or our event staff is unable to manage an immediate reschedule, our administration staff will make contact with you as soon as practicable, to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date, so please monitor calls and email, as our staff attempt to make contact.
