Time

• Open 8am - 9pm
• Please ensure you arrive on time for your chosen session. Late comers may be denied entry

Additional Information

• Bookings need to be made at least 48 hours in advance of your visit
• We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early
• All children (17yrs and under) MUST be accompanied by an adult. No unaccompanied minors will be permitted entry to the spa
• If you would like to dine at our restaurant Thyme we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment
• A selection of spa products, gifts and homewares are available to purchase from the Alba store. Gift cards may also be purchased at reception
• All our guests are asked to wear appropriate swimwear during their visit, including in our private spring
• We are committed to respecting the environment and are mindful of our waste. We recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle
• We ask that you refrain from bringing food, glassware, or alcohol with you
• Alba is a place of tranquillity; therefore, phones, smart watches and laptops are not permitted in our springs, spa or restaurant

Cancellation Policy

• We appreciate things change. However, we ask for 48 hours' notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. The full cost will be incurred if a cancellation is made within that 48-hour period.

Booking Information

• Child tickets include ages 3-17 years
• Children Under 2 yrs are free of charge
• Concession tickets include pensioners, students and health care card holders (card to be presented on arrival)
• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, you must contact the operator in order to confirm your date and time of booking
