What To Bring

• Enclosed shoes are a must and clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty/dusty (depending on what’s been happening with the weather). We provide helmets and gloves but you are welcome to bring your own.

📏 Height & Age Guidelines

• There’s no strict age limit, but due to bike sizing, we have limited availability for riders under 150 cm in height.

👧 Unaccompanied minors under 18 are not permitted on this tour on this tour.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Requested Booking Changes and Cancellations - Standard Group Tours

• Any changes and cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be eligible for a full refund.
• Any changes and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking but more than 48 hrs prior to the booking will be eligible for a 75% refund.
• Any changes and cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. This includes cancellation requests for weather not deemed to be significant or any illness (however at our sole discretion credits may be issued).
