Additional Information

Kayak Ability: This tour is conducted in generally calm and shallow waters, making it suitable for participants of all kayaking abilities. Children 12 and under must be accompanied in a double kayak by an adult.

Fitness: It's important to note that participants should possess the stamina to maintain a consistent but relaxed kayaking pace for approximately 2 hours. Conditions may influence exact difficulty.

Ages and Heights: There is no fixed age limit for this tour and our kayaks are adaptable to accommodate even infants. Children 12 and under must be accompanied in a double kayak by an adult. Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept unaccompanied minors under the age of 18.

Pets: We can, on request and by prior arrangement accommodate small dogs on this tour, however they must be well behaved. Contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Requested Booking Changes and Cancellations - Standard Group Tours

• Any changes and cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be eligible for a full refund.
• Any changes and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking but more than 48 hrs prior to the booking will be eligible for a 75% refund.
• Any changes and cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. This includes cancellation requests for weather not deemed to be significant or any illness (however at our sole discretion credits may be issued).
