Biking Ability:
- This tour is FUN!!! We stick to beginner and basic intermediate mountain bike trails. While you certainly do not need to be an expert mountain bike rider, you MUST be confident on a bike. This guided tour is not suitable for novice riders and the self-guided tour is not recommended for novice riders.
Fitness:
- It's important to note that participants should possess the stamina and resilience to maintain a consistent mountain biking pace (on e-bikes) for 2-3 hours. A reasonable level of fitness and resilience is a necessity for this tour.
Ages and Heights
- While there is no specific age requirements, due to bike sizes we have only limited capacity to accommodate children or adults under 145cm in height on this tour. We are unable to accept unaccompanied minors under the age of 18.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Requested Booking Changes and Cancellations - Standard Group Tours
- Any changes and cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be eligible for a full refund.
- Any changes and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking but more than 48 hrs prior to the booking will be eligible for a 75% refund.
- Any changes and cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. This includes cancellation requests for weather not deemed to be significant or any illness (however at our sole discretion credits may be issued).

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
