• How long are vouchers valid for? 3 Years
• What can resort vouchers be used for? Resort vouchers can be used for anything at the resort during your stay. E.g. Accommodation, Golf, One Spa, Food and Beverage.
• Where can I use resort vouchers? Can be used at all RACV resorts which are RACV Torquay Resort, RACV Cape Schanck Resort, RACV Cobram Resort, RACV Inverloch Resort, RACV Goldfields Resort, RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort, RACV Noosa, RACV Royal Pines Resort and RACV Hobart Hotel.
• How can I redeem Resort Vouchers? Vouchers must be redeemed at the resort and cannot be redeemed online or over the phone. Voucher needs to be presented at resort to be redeemed.
• Do I need to use the full amount in one transaction? Yes, voucher needs to be redeemed in one transaction, but you can charge back to your room and settle final account on checkout.
• Can I cancel my booking? Cancellation policies do apply; please contact the resort directly for more information.

• This voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
• Can be redeemed at any RACV Resort.
• Cannot be used for telephone or online transactions.
• Cannot be used for payment of credit accounts or purchase of further gift cards.
• Your voucher must be used in one transaction.
• Purchases exceeding available balance require difference to be paid by another method.
• Not redeemable for cash.

• Confirmation in the form of a resort voucher will be received at time of purchase
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present to the RACV Resort you will be staying at.
