Time

• Check in at 8:15am for a 9am departure from Marlin Warf
• Check in for your return trip at 11:50am for a 12pm departure, returning at approximately 1pm.
• All guests will complete check-in onboard the vessel, proof of vaccination is required
• Guests will receive a text message the afternoon prior to departure with berth number and vessel as well as a link to a map directing them to the correct location

Additional Information

• All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No responsibility will be accepted for loss of personal items while on tour. Guests are urged not to bring valuable items.
• Please notify our reservations teams of any special dietary requirements upon booking.
• Certain medical conditions and some medications may exclude individuals from participating from optional in-water activities.
• Inclusive in all marine cruise rates, the Environmental Management Charge is vitally important to the management of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and World Heritage Area.
• Big Cat Green Island Cruises will not be operating on 25th December.

Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of 100% will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to departure. Some services may be cancelled or modified as a result of weather / tidal conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that Big Cat Green Island Cruises needs to cancel, the guest will be provided with an alternate day or travel, offered another Reef Unlimited product, or a full refund.

• It is highly recommended to reconfirm your booking on arrival in Cairns. For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details are included on your tour voucher
• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the tour. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
