What To Bring

• It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes - no heels, slippers or skirts please.
• Bring a jacket as it gets quite cool as the sun rises and please avoid white clothes.
• Carry hats and sunglasses, and a fully charged camera for taking pictures.
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes.

• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received.
• Please note your Lemoncello's voucher is valid for use for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Additional food and beverages ordered that are not covered by the voucher are payable direct to Lemoncello's.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Please note: Our classic flight provides a full flight experience to suit the prevailing conditions.
• All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled.
• Children under 3 years old cannot participate.
• Children 3 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 13-17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour.
• You must be able to climb up the 1.2 metre foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance.
• You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
• Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the previous day are not suited to this activity.
• Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking.
• At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine.
• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

PLEASE NOTE Weather Considerations for Ballooning:

Hot air ballooning is contingent upon suitable weather conditions. Should we have to cancel due to unfavourable weather: If you decide not to rebook or cannot find an alternative date for the ballooning experience, the 3 course meal will still be available for you on the scheduled afternoon. However, the meal component is free when redeemed as part of this package only so the cost of this will be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy Following Rebooking:

If you reschedule hot air ballooning, attend the Dundee's 2 course meal before the rescheduled date, and subsequently decide to cancel the balloon ride within the acceptable cancellation timeframe, a refund is available. However, the regular retail price of $60 per person will be deducted from this refund.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
