48+ days before departure: Full refund minus any unrecoverable costs or booking fees.
Within 48 hours of departure / No-show: 100% cancellation fee; non-refundable.
Weather / Operational Changes: Epic may cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe conditions.
If cancelled by Epic, you may receive a refund, reschedule, or travel credit. If weather prevents water access on arrival, payments are non-refundable, but a full travel credit will be offered.
