A tour that is sure to please not only the tastebuds but the eyes too, this Martinborough Gourmet Wine Tour is impossible to pass up! Spend nine hours exploring Martinborough and it's renowned wining culture, sampling a number of its locally produced drops along the way. Throughout the day you'll travel by comfortable, air-conditioned train and coach to each of the wineries, stopping off to indulge a handful of times. Enjoy wine tasting at award-winning vineyards, as well as equally as tempting, mouth watering dishes of local gourmet cuisine and sweet treats. With scenic country views visible throughout the day, this tour definitely isn't hard on the eyes either.
Included in the tour is a delicious antipasto lunch, a cheese platter and coffee and gourmet delights to really top off the day. Departing at 8.25am on weekdays and 9.55am on weekends, you'll leave Wellington Railway Station before returning at 5.20pm on weekdays and 6.30pm on weekends. Hotel transfers aren't included, however the station is reachable by a number of public transport routes, taxi or self drive.
