Inclusions

• The tour includes a 1 hour informative tour along the Mooloolaba Beach, the Esplanade and Sunshine Strip with a cruise through the canals and waterways.
• Tour guide with live commentary
• Kids who drive the Aquaduck receive a driving certificate
• You MUST book the $0 infant option if you have an infant travelling with you all passengers must be counted in the tour due to regulations and passenger number restrictions.

Time

• Tours depart daily at from 9:30am
• There are 6 tours daily, we also run additional tours over peak periods (Summer Holidays) as required.
• Check in time is 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Christmas and Easter allow additional time.
• QLD Holiday Times: 7 days a week
• Closed on Tuesdays in off-peak season
• We are closed on Christmas Day 25th December

Departure Location

• In front of SEALIFE Sunshine Coast, Parkyn Parade Mooloolaba
• Please Check-in 20 minutes prior to Departure. Allow ample time for parking.

Additional Information

• Child Age: 2-16 years (seated). Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
• Babies: 0-1 on the parent’s lap are free of charge. Please note infants must be pre-booked to ensure capacity is not breached. We do not have storage for prams and large bags on board or at our departure point. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room.
• Seating is pre-allocated by the Aqauduck staff

Cancellation Policy

• Minimum of 24hours notice required for reschedules and cancellations. No refunds for late cancellations or ‘no-shows’.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
