• If you’re using Uber or public transport, delays can happen - especially during busy periods
• We strongly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early if you’re not driving yourself
• If you miss the tour start time, we cannot guarantee rebooking onto another tour

• Just wait near the two picnic tables and the guide will come and greet you there.
• Plenty of free parking available
• Easy Uber ride or even walking distance from Noosa Heads
• No toilet facilities at this location
• The tour finishes back at the same location where you started

What To Bring

Sun Protection You’ll be out on the water for a while - sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and lightweight long sleeves are highly recommended.

Polarised Sunglasses These make a huge difference for spotting stingrays cruising through the shallows.

Clothing Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing you don’t mind getting a little wet.

Water Please bring a minimum of 750ml of water per person.

Towel Recommended if you plan on swimming or splashing about.

Snacks & Dietary Needs We provide a light snacks and a drink. If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we suggest bringing your own extras. Basic cool bags are available, but may not suit heat-sensitive items.

Additional Information

• Tours operate in most weather, but Epic may reschedule, refund or issue a travel credit if conditions are unsafe.
• Ensure your booking is confirmed before arrival.
• All guests must complete a liability waiver before the tour. This will be done upon arrival.
• Guests should be reasonably fit and inform staff of any medical conditions. We have a weight limit of 110kg.
• There is an optional swimming opportunity during the tour (Please note there are no change facilities on site).

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ days before departure: Full refund minus any unrecoverable costs or booking fees.
• Within 48 hours of departure / No-show: 100% cancellation fee; non-refundable.
• Weather / Operational Changes: Epic may cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe conditions.
• If cancelled by Epic, you may receive a refund, reschedule, or travel credit. If weather prevents water access on arrival, payments are non-refundable, but a full travel credit will be offered.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
