Paddle through Noosa Heads' hidden waterways and mangrove tunnels with our new 2-hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) tour. Designed for both beginners and experienced paddlers, this tour offers a stand up paddle boarding experience in a beautiful and relaxing setting.
Our professional instructors will start with a briefing on the route and local wildlife, and an on-land training session to ensure you are comfortable and confident on your board. Once you are ready, we will guide you through the tranquil and less travelled paths of Noosa’s waterways, including some hidden mangrove tunnels.
As you paddle, immerse yourself in the lush landscapes and vibrant local wildlife. The calm waters provide a perfect backdrop for spotting native birds, and you will paddle through stingray sanctuaries.
There are some nice spots along the way where you can stop for a quick and refreshing swim. This is totally optional though!

Time
- Monday to Sunday - Time varies based on ocean tides
- To ensure the best experience for everyone, we cannot delay tour start times
- If you’re using Uber or public transport, delays can happen - especially during busy periods
- We strongly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early if you’re not driving yourself
- If you miss the tour start time, we cannot guarantee rebooking onto another tour

Departure Location
- Your tour begins at the small picnic area at the Canoe Launching Ramp on Weyba Esplanade, Noosa Heads. Across the road from 7 Weyba Esplanade. This is a quiet park at the start of Weyba Esplanade. - https://share.google/ZaLaolmWaSIVmm9uW
- Just wait near the two picnic tables and the guide will come and greet you there.

What To Bring
Sun Protection You’ll be out on the water for a while - sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and lightweight long sleeves are highly recommended.
Polarised Sunglasses These make a huge difference for spotting stingrays cruising through the shallows.
Clothing Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing you don’t mind getting a little wet.
Water Please bring a minimum of 750ml of water per person.
Towel Recommended if you plan on swimming or splashing about.
Snacks & Dietary Needs We provide a light snacks and a drink. If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we suggest bringing your own extras. Basic cool bags are available, but may not suit heat-sensitive items.
Additional Information
- Tours operate in most weather, but Epic may reschedule, refund or issue a travel credit if conditions are unsafe.
- Ensure your booking is confirmed before arrival.
- Guests should be reasonably fit and inform staff of any medical conditions. We have a weight limit of 110kg.
- This tour is also available on kayaks.
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ days before departure: Full refund minus any unrecoverable costs or booking fees.
- Within 48 hours of departure / No-show: 100% cancellation fee; non-refundable.
- Weather / Operational Changes: Epic may cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe conditions.
- If cancelled by Epic, you may receive a refund, reschedule, or travel credit. If weather prevents water access on arrival, payments are non-refundable, but a full travel credit will be offered.

- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
