- If the Vivid Lights, Drone Show or Fireworks are cancelled the cruise will continue to operate a sightseeing or dinner cruise. The Vivid Drone Show, fireworks and Vivid Lights are operated by external organisers and is subject to weather conditions, safety approvals, and operational factors beyond our controls. Whilst these cruise experiences are timed around the Vivid lights, fireworks and drone show, the viewing, and/or sightlines from the vessel, are not guaranteed. At all times Captain Cook Cruises will endeavour to give our guests the best experience possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Payment in full is required at time of booking. Date changes, refunds, cruise credits and cancellations are not permitted and will incur a 100% cancellation fee

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
