Departure Location

• Cruises depart Darling Harbour King St Wharf 1 at 7pm. Final departure wharf will be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure. Directional digital signage will also be available on the evening and/or guests can check-in at our ticket office at King St Wharf No.1. Please note return times are approximate.

• Dress Code: Smart Casual
• Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Wheelchair access - The entrance level deck on Sydney 2000 (Ocean Deck), Captain Cook 3 (Main Deck) and The Jackson (Main Deck) are wheelchair accessible with wheelchair accessible bathroom. Starship Sydney and Starship Aqua are not suitable for wheelchairs
• Credit card fraud - At check-in you will be required to present the credit card used to purchase your cruise online

• If the Vivid Lights, Drone Show or Fireworks are cancelled the cruise will continue to operate a sightseeing or dinner cruise. The Vivid Drone Show, fireworks and Vivid Lights are operated by external organisers and is subject to weather conditions, safety approvals, and operational factors beyond our controls. Whilst these cruise experiences are timed around the Vivid lights, fireworks and drone show, the viewing, and/or sightlines from the vessel, are not guaranteed. At all times Captain Cook Cruises will endeavour to give our guests the best experience possible.

Cancellation Policy

• Payment in full is required at time of booking. Date changes, refunds, cruise credits and cancellations are not permitted and will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Booking Information

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
