Departure Location
- Bremer Bay Boat Harbour - Lot 115 Swarbrick Rd, WA 6338, Australia
- Located at the end of Swarbrick Road, Bremer Bay. Approximately 5 minute drive from the town centre. From Wellstead Road (the main road into Bremer Bay) turn onto Point Henry Road. Swarbrick Road is the first left-hand turn if coming from town.

- We would very much appreciate you bringing a bottle of water with you, as we make every effort to reduce our waste and our use of single-use plastics on our expeditions. Water is available on board for you to refill your bottle during the day.
Additional Information
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea, soft drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water are included in the price and supplied on board. Meals vary daily and are produced by the local Wellstead Museum Café, can include but not limited to, gourmet rolls and sandwiches, quiches, platters, cakes and slices, fruit kebabs
- Naturaliste Charters is able to cater for special dietary requirements if provided this information at the time of booking. Please provide as much notice in advance as it often takes time to source items not usually supplied due to the remote location.
- Minimum age for children on all expeditions is 10 years. Younger children cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
- Access is via a metal ramp. The angle of the ramp varies according to the tide and may be quite steep. You board from the ramp to the rear deck. The spacious main saloon, rear deck and the two toilets are all on this level and are accessible if you have limited mobility.
- If you are travelling in a wheelchair, please contact the operator directly to discuss how your needs can best be met.

Whale Sighting Guarantee
- Whales are free-roving mammals so in the unlikely event of no whales being sighted you can join us again for free. Conditions Apply.
- All tours are subject to availability, weather and minimum numbers.
- The repeat voucher is valid for one tour only and is non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of tours by Naturaliste Charters
- Our guest's safety and comfort is always our priority. We constantly monitor sea conditions along the coastline and respond professionally to any changes. This may mean:
- Cancellation of a Tour
- Restrictions may be placed on passengers with medical or mobility problems. The child age limit may be raised.
- Tours may also be cancelled if we have not met the minimum passenger number requirement.
- A full refund will apply to tours cancelled due to inclement weather or any other safety reason if it cannot be rebooked to the customer’s satisfaction.
Cancellations by Guests
- Cancellations by guests will incur a minimum 20% fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to departure incur a 50% fee. Cancellations 7 days or less of departure, no refund applies. If you need to change your booking, please contact the office directly on (08) 9750 5500.
- No refunds will be given in the event of your failure to notify us of your cancellation before the check-in time.

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
