Time

• Departs Port of Airlie at 8am and returns at 6.10pm the following day
• Departs Daydream at 7:35am and returns at 6:05pm the following day
• Departs Hamilton Island at 9am and returns at 5pm the following day
• Check-in is required at least 30 minutes prior to departure
• Vessel subject to change without notice

Transfers

• Coach transfers to Port of Airlie

• NOTE: Most Airlie accommodation is within walking distance to Port of Airlie. Coach transfers are however an option. Please note 12 hours of notice is required for coach transfers.

FAQs

• Are towels provided? Both beach and bath towels are provided.
• Can I bring alcohol? No, but your stay does include a premium selection of beers, wines and soft drink, there are non-included beverages available for sale on the pontoon.
• What meals are included? Two morning and afternoon teas, two lunches, a delicious seasonal menu and tasty breakfast and a dinner
• What is for breakfast? A selection of hot and cold options
• Can children do Reefsleep? Children can participate in Reefsleep. The minimum age for both Reefsleep and Reefsuite is 6 years old. Please note that prices are based on bed occupancy, not age.
• Please be mindful - due to the location of the pontoon, there are no wifi or internet services available.

• We provide for Vegetarian, Coeliac and Lactose intolerant passengers and our caterers do not use peanuts in any of our dishes. Any medical dietary requirements must be advised and confirmed at time of booking

• Children aged 6 and over are welcome when accompanied by a guardian, please note there are no child prices for Reefsleep. Pricing is per person.
• Pricing is subject to change based on demand, availability, and seasonality. Prices may vary during peak and off-peak travel periods.
• RETURN times are when the vessel arrives back at the mainland/island resort. COACH TRANSFERS to Port of Airlie are available at an additional cost. NOTE: Schedule changes may occur. Where a Day Cruise is cancelled we will send a notification to the contact details provided at the time of your booking. Itinerary is subject to prevailing weather and sea conditions including tides, wind, swell, sun and rain. The vessel's Master must at his discretion determine the most appropriate course to ensure acceptable levels of safety and comfort for passengers, crew and other vessels. All tours from Port of Airlie will stop at Hamilton Island to drop off and collect guests.

• Great Barrier Reef Environmental Management Charge (EMC) - Included in your cruise fare is a per head fee which goes to the Government. The money collected is used by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) for the management and protection of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.

Cancellation Policy

• Amendments permitted up to 72 hours prior to Journey commencement.

• Cancellations received:

• • more than 14 days prior to Journey commencement: fully refundable
• • 14 days or less prior to Journey commencement: cancellation fee is 100% of the Journey Price.

• Amendments are subject to availability and the following conditions (a) a change of date must be within the same season; (b) name changes are subject to the substitute person agreeing to be bound by our Booking Conditions in effect at the time of substitution; (c) the payment of any Journey Price difference (and any Journey Price difference must be paid by you prior to us confirming amendments); (d) you and any substitute person are not permitted to make further amendments; and (e) cancellation of the amended Journey will be subject to cancellation fees of 100% of the Journey Price irrespective of when notice to cancel is received.
