Distillery Cocktail Workshop

Join us in our private event space overlooking the Four Pillars Distillery, to see where the gin-making magic happens and learn all about the craft of cocktail making with one of our bartenders.

With a Rare Dry G&T in hand to kickstart your evening, you'll meet our magnificent copper pot stills Wilma, Jude, Beth and Coral, hear a little bit about the craft of distilling at Four Pillars and learn the trick to making our favourite G&T.

Then get stuck into a hands-on workshop, shaking and stirring under our bartender's expert instruction. We'll chat about classic long cocktails and guide you through making one of your own, plus you'll find out what exactly a sour and a fizz are (which means hearing all about Jerry Thomas and the Tom Collins hoax of 1874…).

While you sip on your drink creations and nibble on some great local olives and nuts, we'll demonstrate how to make another boozy cocktail – and make sure there’s enough for everyone to sample!

Includes a hands-on cocktail-making experience, two gin cocktails and one sample cocktail plus bar snacks.

And we give you $25 off your 700mL gin of choice purchase on the day of the event
