Fancy a gin and tonic with a dash of gin tasting? Join us for a G&T(&T) in our private mezzanine bar overlooking the Four Pillars Distillery every weekend afternoon (and Saturday evening…). Kick off with a G&T made with one of our signature gins, then taste your way through five of our core range gins. Our team will guide you through our gin making process and the history of Four Pillars Gin, all whilst enjoying in our new mezzanine bar overlooking the distillery.
And before you head out, you can grab a cheeky $25 off any full bottle of gin from our Gin Shop. Winning!

- Saturday classes are hosted every second Saturday at 12:30pm, 1:45pm, 3pm, 4:15pm and 5:30pm
- Sunday classes are hosted at 12:30pm, 1:45pm and 3pm 18 years and over only
- You must contact the operator to book your desired date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until you have made contact with the operator
